2014 UC = 2016 R
They are offering 8 2014 UC + a 2015 UC (and two commons). So that is worth 1 2011 rare + a 2015 UC + the two commons. Meaning yes, it's fair.

id say they are overpaying considering theres a 2014 rare, 2009 uncommon and a 2009 rare from april or december.
id probably take the sitting cat because thye have higher demand but the wolf is older

Okay, so the Raven Dog is a 7th tier advent, and, yes, it does have a lot of demand, but there are some high demand pets in there (ex. Shima). So, since there are other list pets as well, there's a gap of one list pet between each tier. Therefore, based on rarity alone, you'd need around 6 or 7 09 rares plus a first tier list pet to get to tier 7. There are 30 09 rares, and a lot of other high demands. And a mainlist pet.
I would say accept, but you should also get a second opinion.
(I didn't even see the UR peach at first 0.0)
