May I get a second opinion on what they need to add :3?

im on the other end of this trade and need to know what i would need to add to fill the gap between the first tier dog and the 4th tier rat please ^^

The dog side needs to add around two 2009 rares.
Even if you factor in the lower demand of the rat compared to the dog, then at the very least add 1 more 2009 rare. But that is depending if you want demand factored in or not.

I can't give you exact worth's of item as they are not my strong suit, but I recognize the years.
Yours being 2014 (and I expect worth no more then an uncommon a piece at the most)
And they have some items ranging back to 2012 through 2015. They have quantity and dates on their side.
So I would say this is overpay on their side.

Either yes or no.

Yes (actually overpay) if, you imagine the horse being 60C$, then the Brown Cookie being only worth 85c$
No if you imagine the 45C$ to be a 2009 rare. They would need to add two more 2009 rares then.

So it is up to you to decide.
