Trades that are not on the rares list really depend on personal preference, i think. If you really want the pets, you can accept, no loss.

Yes. The Raven Dog isn't actually worth a non dog but because one person was willing to pay that much for their dreamie, now everyone expects extreme and ridiculous overpay. Because the Raven was the more popular store pet at the time, the Patchwork dog is actually worth more than the Raven dog but because of its extreme demand, the Raven Dog was placed on the same tier.

There is a lot more to non-list rarities than personal preference

1. looks about fair. The bat is worth 3-4 2015 uncommons, which their side equals
2. kinda hard considering those are 2011s but common. If those were uncommon it would be unfair to them since uncommons, especially older ones, are already pretty close to rare, however, commons are just so little compared to rares. I would say its unfair to them considering the dates

I know it's overpay on their side, and I'm seriously considering accepting, but I was just wondering how easy it is to get a White Feb. these days. I haven't gotten a lot of offers on her, so I assume they don't have crazy demand like I remember, but I haven't kept up with it enough to know. Basically, I'm wondering if I would be able to swap an 09 rare + a little extra for one if I traded this one away?

Unfair to you rarity wise but unfair to them demand wise. In this case, I think rarity is greater than demand. Even counting the Raven as a non, it would still be unfair to you.
