^ Explain why a trade is fair or unfair rather than just stating so. It doesn't help the person asking for advice otherwise, and it's also against the rules of this thread.

Anyway, very unfair to you.
The store pet they're offering is from 2016, and therefore is only worth a late 2010 rare (so a fair swap for the 2010 rare on your side). However, the other rares don't come close to making up the value of the early 2009 VR on your side. They only amount to around a 2011 rare.

Yes.
The 2013 rare they're offering is barely out of the 3-month rule, but the 2010 common they added more than makes up the gap.

Rarity-wise they're over-paying, but with demand it is fair. The 40C$ is equal to a mid-2009 rare, which is what the uncommon Warrior cats go for.

The VR 2009 horse would be overpay for the two 2010 Rares regardless of demand, and the 2014+2015 store pets would also be overpay for the 2013 store pet. So... they're over-offering.
If you're asking what should you ask them to offer for your side (since it's a trade suggestion), then (rarity-wise) the VR horse and 2014 store pet should be fine by themselves since there's only about a 5C$ value difference between the 2014 and the 2013 store pets.

No because a nonjewel is high on the mainlist while the liontails are low on the september list. Most people would offer a lot of mainlists for any of that litter.

^ You have to take demand into account. The Raven is on the advent list, and yet it commonly goes for the value of a non. I see Liontail sets go for insane overpay, but I'm not sure about a non. Just here to clear up the demand thing.
