In my opinion, any off list trade (excluding massive quantity) are pretty fair. And most of the things you offered for the pets don't have insane demand, so I believe both are fair.

It looks pretty fair, with demand. I don't think that cat has teamed biggest demand, but it might be enough to make it fair. Just considering rarity, though, it is unfair to them.

I wouldn't accept. It is fair rarity wise, but I've seen single uncommon Warrior Fats go for more.
