This is extremely unfair to the quantity side of the trade. A 2016 rare is equal to about a 2015 uncommon.
And to answer your question, follow this link to see suggested C$ prices based on pet rarities. These are just suggestions but they give a good estimate as to the value of pets.

For the first one, your pet is equal to 20 C$ so it's unfair to you.
The second one is also unfair to you. The rare lion would be a fair trade for the current store pet. The other pets are unnecessary.

I agree it's unfair to the top but a 2016 rare is worth about 4 uncommons from 2016 with similar demand and month or 2 2015 uncommons, if not a tad more.
