I'd say the are overpaying the store pet cover the two pets from this year and last years..
And the other pets are slight overpay for your other two

Yes, it would be fair if they added about 2000 FR gems, give or take a few. If they are not offering FR gems, then they would need to add 1 rare or uncommon from 2010 or earlier, preferably earlier, in your case. c:
