Is this fair? I am really hesitating right now >n<

Looks a hair unfair to you, the Corgi being worth a late '09 rare and the raccoon being worth a late '10 and the '11 rare doesn't quite cover the gap
Not to mention the zodiac and corgi also have better demand, the lion could be considered swappable with one but that's just personal opinion.

Which one would be the best to auto? Thanks for any input <33

The second is far better than the first. It's a September list pet and although the malk has some demand, you could get more with the bun.

Their side is worth a mid '09 rare, so by rarity the gap is around an '10 uncommon
Demand value is opinion based, so that's up to you. Ponies have lower demand compared to dogs and some people say '11 store pets go for 2 '09 rares (excluding the list ones of course). So anything from another '09 rare to the '10 uncommon could be added

According to this thread, Sorbets are worth 765 C$. They're offering 300 straight C$, so that leaves 465 they need to have in pet value. Their side ends up roughly at 570 C$, give or take.
In a sense they're overpaying, but trading from the main list all the way down to the Advent list a big leap. So it depends on whether you think you'll get a better trade down, keeping in mind not a lot of people are willing to trade their list pets for straight C$, or 09 rares, making it hard to climb or get on the list once you're low or off it.
Basically, the trade is fair but it's up to you whether you want to take it ^-^
