Please do not give out false advice...
The trade in mention is unfair to the bottom person. That is a teir 5 advent dog, worth 6-7 mixed '09 rares. This doesn't include demand. They are offering just under 2 '09 rares with demand. cx

The first trade is overpay to you, but only rarity wise. They are offering a Teir 6 advent + A teir 2 advent in C$ for a teir 2 advent + a teir 5 advent. However, demand wise I'd say this isn't a good offer. Buns are known for their bad demand, and C$ isn't very in demand right now either. While tess horses don't have the best demand, you'd be better off with it and the punk dog. This being said, if you're looking for this particular bunny to keep and not to trade this is a nice offer.

The second trade is a fair swap rarity wise, however demand wise your punk dog would be overpaying. I'd keep the punk dog.
