i've paid 150 C$ for one and three '09 VRs for another,
you could get much more for one due to demand

Demand-wise, rats have very low demand and generally go for underpay. This is something to consider when trading quantity for an old pet.

I'd personally considering this an overpay even with demand.
Any non-list '08 VR is equal to about 256 '16 VR pets if your comparison is 2 pets of the same rarity is equal to 1 pet of the same rarity but is one year older. ( 2 '16 Rares = 1 '15 Rare)

1. sometimes the malks demand can spike or decrease, but its average is probably around a non, so it doesn't look like a bad offer

2. personally i was able to get a red rose dog for my lolita so i suppose you might be able to get a bit more.

Technically by rarity math its worth that much, however, when it comes to quantity like this, no one will ever pay that many rares for a single very rare thats nonlist. And I would never advise that.
Honestly I have paid 09 rares for a few handfuls of more recent rares. So it depends on how the users involved value quantity. There are 40-50 rares worth on the bottom fyi

The first trade: it's an underpay to you. They're worth much more then what they offered you.
The second trade: it's all the same as the first one.
It all depends on what your looking for, also.
