No, it would depend on the age of the store pet. Older store pets are worth more, and some of the oldest store pets are list, which makes them worth multiple '09 rares. The most recent store pets are worth a '10 rare.

That's a lot of overpay, the Raven is about equal to a sorbet, a non is a bit over. And the other two pets are equivalent to 3-4 '09 rares each, so the zebra is not necessary and is extremely over for the other two pets. You could add an advent pet or an equivalent to that to make it fair for both sides
