Demand wise, I would say no, because the Cucumber isn't usually that popular, while the Winged Wood Angel can be.
But as far as the lists go, I believe it was fair.

I would say ask them to swap the pony for a dog, since dogs tend to be more easily traded or bid in auctions. Some people don't want ponies, while there are very few people who don't want dogs. I think it would be asking too much to ask them to add more, so if they'll swap the pony for a dog I'd take it.
