Rarity wise it is unfair to them, a 2014 very rare is worth a 2010 rare. Demand wise, I am not sure. I would get a second opinion.

No. Please, don't give false advice..

The 2014 is a christmas re-release from 2009. The cat is from valentines day 2009 and is a very rare. Much, much more than the 2010 malk smiley.

They would need to add demand wise as well, malks are quite wanted.

The cat is originally from 2009, so I'd say very unfair to the cat.

? No offense Lemonade, but I think you might be confusing that with store pets. Most store pets go for 2010 rares, but that doesn't work for non-store pets.
Anyway, your Malk cat is a re-release from Valentine's Day 2009. I wouldn't accept not only because of the rarity and date gap, but because the Smiley's demand (in my opinion) isn't enough to make up for that. Also, Malk cats have high demand as well. Very unfair to the cat.
So... You might want to get a second opinion, but that's mine.

They are from the same year, but... Two uncommons don't equal a rare. Plus rats have very bad demand right now.
I wouldn't accept.

This is extremely unfair to u they need to add and above gap main list at least to make it even close to fair unless I'm missing something

Edit: I can probably get them to swap the '09 pony for an '09 dog if that would be better.
Should I ask them to add another '14 rare or two as well? Or is that too much? I've just been told on here I can get a couple of '09 rares for him, so I'm hesitant.
