The card dogs are from 2008 and are valued at 50c$ (or possibly more because the card dogs have some demand), so no this is actually quite a bit underpay

Should I ask them to add another '14 rare or two as well? Or is that too much? I've just been told on here I can get a couple of '09 rares for him, so I'm hesitant.

I'm assuming you mean very rare as in storepets? if so, 14' storepets go for a 10' rare
