It does equal it. They're both 2009 very rares, and the cat was released in February, the dog in January so it follows the 3 month rule.
Just because it's a sitting cat doesn't mean it has demand.
The only sitting cats with real demand are true warrior cats, but really just the rare ones. That cat isn't a warrior.
