1) Not quite. A green sorbet is worth 4 balloon dogs.
2) you could probably get the nonjewel with one cerb OR a raven.

Pretty much fair rarity and date wise unless you care about the cat being one month older than the dog. Im not sure on species or demand though so i would get a second opinion

A green toxic is worth two balloon dogs
Or the gap between the nonballoon and toxic is a high September

And a Raven still can go for sorbs. So I would say it's possible if you find the right person
I would suggest trading down the non and then trading parts for the different high demand pets. It's hard to get so many in one go
