Very unfair to them. At most the cow will be a rare, and they are offer three rares, all of which are older than the cow.

I would say that it's slight overpay to them, three 2009 rares for a 2009 very rare seems a tad bit overpay, you probably should get a second opinion though,

Unfair to you, as your pet is older. While the dog on the top does seem to have higher than average demand, I haven't had any trouble trading for it fairly.

I've been shying away from trading my older pets because I am just not sure what is reasonable or not and life has kept me busy. : /
But today this person seems pretty polite and organized so I don't want to leave them hanging for too long. Though I'll be going to bed soon I hope to maybe answer them tomorrow if they haven't canceled by then.

This is very unfair for a sorbet. It's very high on the main list while the pets they're offering barely reach a mid advent. Sorbs are valuable pets.

First one is unfair to them, the malk wolf and lion are withing three month of each other, so a fair swap. Demand is up to you, but from what i have seen malks tend to have a bit better demand than lions. Either way, unfair to them.
The second one is unfair to you. That store pet on your side is worth a mid-late '10 rare. Their recent event pets do not add up to that, even if they'd all turn rare (:
