Unless their two pets will be very rare, no. I would say two 2016 rares/uncommons would equal a 2010 uncommon
In case of the uncommons it would be underpay of course ^^

I would say that it's slight overpay to them, three 2009 rares for a 2009 very rare seems a tad bit overpay, you probably should get a second opinion though,
