Is this fair?

It's unfair to the rat rarity wise, but I would take the trade. The UR Rat has low demand and could at most get maybe a UR Butterbun, AT MOST aka if you're lucky.
This trade would benefit you in the long run (Joker bun has decent demand)

Unfair to you. The two 2011 UC on their side would equal to the 2010 UC on your side. The remaining pet, the 2014 PPS bwolf is a fair swap for the PPS lion on your side. They don't have enough pets for the other two remaining.

First one: Grinner is worth 14-15 2009 rares, so they would need to add that much rares. The item is worth about a 2012 UC + a 2011 common

Second one: Like said above, grinner is worth 14-15 2009 rares. They are offering a total of five 2009 rares + a 2010 rare + a 2013 rare + a 2014 rare which is definitely very unfair to the grinner. In addition, rats have poor demand and is hard to trade off and tend to for half of it's worth.

Grapes are worth 765C$.
The Timberwolf is worth 95C$. The rat, not a list pet, is worth about 50C$. The Halo is worth a Low september so it's worth about 150-170 C$. In total, their offer is worth 295-315C$ + the 500C$ so... 795-815C$

Try get a 2nd opinion, just in case. (I feel like this is wrong) Tbh, personally, I would accept since fruit = low demand = hard to trade
