Unfair to the cat. The deer is more recent (2015) rare and the cat is from 09 and worth about an early mid 2010 rare.
So about a mid 2010 rare should be added by rarity, maybe more considering demand

5 of the balloons are worth an 09 rare each. The rest of the items easily add up to another 09 rare or more. The advent cat is worth 6 09 rares or so

If the other advent cat is added then it's unfair to you.
But it's hard to say if things are being changed that you aren't showing us

The staff horse is 2009 rereleased. But staff horses are NOT popular, so they could be traded for underpay.
