(p.s the hyena is on the 9th tier, and the orange swirl is on the 7th, just to clear things up. i feel that it was unfair but i believe the gaps list said the tier gap can be filled by 1-2 '09 rares? i might be mistaken.)

The gap from 7th to 9th tier is one 09 rare, so it's fair, however the hyena does have slightly greater demand to the orange swirl in my experience.
