From what I've seen, a 2012 store pet is worth a mid '09 rare, so they're overpaying with the bunny. Recommend a second opinion though just in case ^-^

Nope; the uncommons are from 2010 and are thus pretty old; all of those pets for just one of the uncommons wouldn't have been fair.

I know these are pretty large overpays
The rat is worth more, but it does have bad demand and it's hard to find someone who will trade nicely for it. The other one has more pets that are worth a bit less, but their demand is a bit better so I have no idea ;n;
