Very unfair to you. Your dalmatian dog is a feb '09 re-release. Your '09 nick dog is overpay by itself for their pets.

Will it be fair if I remove the Nick pet?

It would still be unfair to you. If anything, I'd take off the dalmatian because the nick pet has a lower demand and add a '11 uncommon to their side. Their sitting cat has popular demand so it'll go for more than its worth.

Your dog is from 2009. As a VR, it's worth double it's amount so it's worth two 2009 rares.

They are offering...
a dino store pet, valued as a 2010 rare.
two 2013 rares = one 2012 rare
and a 2016 rare.

So right now, they are underpaying by quite a lot.

I would just remove the the two bunnies and deer and add three more 2010 rares.

I agree. Your dog is a very rare from 2009 February. They would have to at least add two other rares from '09 (assuming they cut out the early event deer).

They need to add.
They are offering two 2014 rares so that's equal to a 2013 rare.
They need to remove the common, add two more 2014 rare or add one 2013 rare

So the 2014 UC horse is worth the 3 month rule.
Having only one of the 2014 UC I'm offering, it would be a underpay by a few commons (unless you don't care about months but only year). Adding an extra 2014 UC would be overpay by approximately a 2015 UC & a bunch of commons.
