They have a little over 11 mid advents while the Blue Rose is worth 7
It really doesn't go for heavy overpay, so even with demand I'd say they are offering a little much. The Blood Tuft dog, Longtail and Mini husky can all be valued higher than where they stand on the list but I didn't include their demand when valuing their side at 11-12 mid advents

The Winged blood dog + grey husky + bone PPS + blood tuft + shima longtail would fair and still have a few in demand pets on their side
If you prefer keeping the Mini husky or lion in the trade over another mid advent, one of the '09 VRs would fill the gap
(ex. Bone PPS = Mini Husky + '09 VR)

Their side adds to a Striped Pink Sept at best, so just the pink flop would be overpay by 2 mid advents. The Pink Sept do have lower demand but I traded mind for more than 3 mid advents; I recall getting 4 mid advents in value...
It's up to you two to decide demand differences, but personally I don't see the Target dog as pet that goes for overpay all the time so just the pink flop would be plenty overpay IMO

It's always really hard to judge date differences in quantity, but I'd say it's a bit unfair to you. They'd need to add around an '13 uncommon
