Does anyone know if a Purple Toxic and/or a Green Grinner would be worth Auctioning right now? Whats their Demand like? What pets could I expect for them?

Purple toxic is worth a CEG + balloon dog
Grinner is worth around 2 mid Advents + an '09 rare

Both tend to go for fair trades, so if you were hoping for overpay you are not likely to get it.

In addition to the Bone PPS, what else would I need to have a good shot at a BMD or the Christmas Tree dog?

When I traded for my bmd, I traded around 5 or 6 7th tiers advents. (Ones with decent demand too like border collies etc) it depends on the person and what they are looking for it.
A bmd, unless the demand has drastically changed, is worth a blue balloon,

A Christmas tree dog is a tier 5 advent. Being that yours is a tier 7, around 2 09 rares would need to be added to the tree dog advent to make it fair.
