I think you could trade the Aussie down for more; the Balloon dog doesn't make up for the gap between the UR Malk and the Aussie (considering the UR Malk is worth 2 sorbets, each of which are worth 4 balloon dogs) and, while the Shima lt is very high demand, the items really don't make much of a difference and neither does the rat because, while it is a mid sept list, it does have very low demand (like all rats)
I believe the cookie is with a non + a sorbet anyway, so I think you could try to go for more. I hope this helped, sorry if I got anything wrong.
