I would say fair.

According to the "How much is this worth in C$" thread, a late rare/very rare is worth around 30-35C$. I'm guessing the paid double b/c it's a very rare.

This does not include demand since I do not know the demand of this pet.

The other person is overpaying in both trades. For the first one, the items
on your side where free I believe, so that 2013 is more than enough for them.

Then for the second one, the 2015 the store pet + 1 rare on their side would be fair.
All the other pets are mainly just extras.
