Unfair to them (top), the Malk Cat is from 2009 January, so they are overpaying quite a lot. You need to add about a late 2009 rare (or about another recent 2 store pets) to make it fair (if you want to).

Unfair to you (bottom), the Halloween cat while having demand goes for about a mid 2010 rare, and the fox (?) on your side I'm fairly sure can be traded off fairly. Plus the uncommon 2011 dog is worth more than the 2 (owl+lion) commons.

About fair, being a first tier list the scarf dog can go for 3 to 4 mixed rares, and the rereleased dog from their side is from 2009 Christmas.

May I ask which one is more fair? I've had someone say the second one adds up to 100 C$, but someone else said the first trade was more fair.
The first trade adds to about a bit more than 80C$, since the dragon is worth about 30C$ while the store cat about 23C$ with the 2 dogs and bat adding to about C$30. The items are a bit harder to say but they add to about C$6 or there about.
The second one adds to about 100C$, but those rats will be difficult to trade off along with the bats since their demand is not as good as cats or dogs.
