yeah, i wouldn't. you're really overpaying for their dog, which was avaliable well into 2009 if i remember right. get a second opinion, tho.

Their dog is extended release to August 2009. You could remove all of your 2010 rares and offer a 2010 uncommon and then it would be a lot more fair. The cat on their side does have a little demand however and can go for more than it's worth rarity wise.

It is a nice offer, your side adds up to around a tier 4/5 advent, which I've seen the chesire go for multiple times. It's down to how you consider its demand though.
