I THINK it's fair date and rare wise, but I'm not too sure about demand wise. I'd say you'd be better off with the rares, there sure are quantity C:

Their dog is extended release to August 2009. You could remove all of your 2010 rares and offer a 2010 uncommon and then it would be a lot more fair. The cat on their side does have a little demand however and can go for more than it's worth rarity wise.
