seems like overpay on their side. the uncommons and the rare cover a bit more than the worth of the items.
and the '09 rares are within 3 months of each other so a fair swap

The bunny is from Easter 2010. Early 2010 VR is worth about 25-30C$ from the C$ guide. The 2015 uncommon is about 1C$ each. I will say this trade is quite fair in C$ wise, but it won't be as fair rarity wise. After all there's no fixed prices for VR.

Yet personally I won't do this trade. I will prefer to trade the VR for 2010 Rs instead.
