I would take the first trade, since it have a better quantity of rares and it have more demanding pets

The first. The 2008/2009 rares are all worth ~30 C$ each due to extended releases/demand, and alone constitute 90 C$.

No. Remove everything but the mid advent on your side, and then add 1-2 2009 rares to theirs.
