Agreed, your dog could fetch you a 13-14 store pet (as previously stated) and they're offering you three early store-pets from '15. The dog seems to me a normal rare and doesn't have any special demand [:

unless you want their specific items or pets,
i dont think you should accept.

that tree might be from a christmas event, like in 2010, or older,
you should look in the christmas items archive and see what its date is,
it could be worth more than you know

I'd say it's fair with demand. Your offering about 8 nons, which is within the maximum of the range Tigers go for.

If no one is taking it, I say try to aim for higher pets to include in the trade, such as moonswirls or sunjewels. People tend to go for trades involving sunjewels, or at least that's what I think based off of personal experience.
