Well id say it would be fair by the three month rule but since we dont know the rarity of the dinos, its hard to say. The dinos could be rare or very rare.

There is 14 months between them, not three.
Also, I'm not entirely sure about this but I believe you are overpaying. Please get a second opinion.

Unfair to you, your store pets are worth a mid 2010 rare each while theirs are worth a late 2010 rare each.

I would say its about fair/slightly unfair to them, your dog is worth 3-4 09 rares and their side adds up to about 4 09 rares

I would say unfair to you, your pet is worth 6-7 mixed 09 rares.
