the pps'll be rarer than the others, like the '14 cat lineart dragon set and '15 scorpion lion set
considering how many people liked similar sets, like the unicorn/pegasus set and nature deer set, these will probably be sought after as well.

i'd say the dinos go for a '10 rare because they didn't come with a special deal.
considering they just came out 45 mins ago i'd trade for some and trade them off for the biggest deal i could get. be quick though. i suggest holding an auction if you get your hands on the pps.

The rare dog is worth about 3C$, and since most people sell their items for 2-4C$ a piece, it's not all that fair.
(unfortunately i don't know the exact worth of the items)
