From what I have experienced a few years ago its harder to trade Advent list bunnies. So I wouldn't go for it unless you wanted them yourself.

The blue rose is worth 7 mid advents, and I counted 7 mid advents on their side. I'd say it's fair and a really good offer ^^

Rarity wise, it's completely fair. Demand wise, unfair to them. The Vixen can go for a Target Dog, I'd take that offer in a heartbeat.
