From what i know of the main list unfair to the dog by some 09 rares

A few '09 rares doesn't do much to fill gaps on the mainlist. I'm not sure what would fill the gap, but definitely not just some '09 rares. They can be helpful in September and Advent list trades, but not main list unless theres huge quantity.

Towards the How much is this pet worth in C$ 5 early '09 rares would be enough but I have problems with list pets. So a quick answer would be very nice

With C$, List pets have to be put at less because it would be unfair money wise to the people.
From my counting I counted about 30 09 rares which is a lot of overpay from what I know.

It's actually roughly fair. The Pink Striped September is worth 4 mid advents, and a mid advent is generally considered to be 7 '09 rares: therefore the Pink Striped is worth roughly 28 '09 rares.
How you want to value quantity is up to you, as each person has different views. I don't usually see offlist trade downs from Septembers, so imo not a bad offer if you're trading up the list.
I recommend getting another op, though

Also, valuing pets, in trades like this, with C$ doesn't work. C$ values should only be considered in trades where there's actually C$, not trades with pets only.

Unfair to them as the pets are outside the three month rule. At the release of the pig, it had some demand, but I'm not sure if it still has that.

If you don't want to trade your pet, then you don't have to! If you like your pet more, then keep it imo. Someone could offer me a high mainlist (let's say a UR Lion for example) for my Skelebun, and I wouldn't accept! Because I love me Skelebun too much to ever trade it away uvu
So there's really no point in trading for pets you don't want and trading away the pets you like. If you like a pet a lot, keep and cherish it.
