I believe you could get 2 uncommon warriors for it. The nick dog is worth 2 '09 rares and each uncommon warrior usually goes for about a mid '09 rare.

With C$, List pets have to be put at less because it would be unfair money wise to the people.
From my counting I counted about 30 09 rares which is a lot of overpay from what I know.

The store pet is worth a 2010 rare and this trade doesnt add up to that alone. The bunny is worth another 2015 rare.
The side against the store pet needs to add a 2010 rare or anything of the same value

The non balloon is one tier above the bunny they're offering. I believe it is unfair to you but I don't believe by very much. If the added an advent list to their side it would be more fair. Maybe get a second opinion.
