Very unfair to you. The store set, especially since they're all together, is worth a little under 3 '09 rares. they'd need to add two late '09s if I'm not mistaken.

Very unfair to you, any two of the store pets would be fair. An mid-late '09 rare and mid '10 rare need to be added to their side

Looks a bit unfair to them, typically a rare is worth 4 uncommons around it's time of release but your side has 3 '10 uncommons and the '13 commons don't add up

However the rat does have lower demand and while it's worth closer to 35 '09 rares, it doesn't always go for full value. Demand issues are between partners though

I'd value their side at about 14-15 '09 rares, but I agree that it's still unfair to the rat.

It really depends on what your partner wants to pay, as I mentioned before list rats have lower demand
Rarity wise, about a Target dog-Scarf PPS needs to be added
