Personally, I would say It's very unfair to you, since the Cucumber has bad demand, and your UR Pineapple probably has the best of the fruits, besides the Peach I believe. There's a gap. Get a second opinion because I may be wrong.

The fourth is, in my opinion the better trade, with the quantity and demand. UR Pineapples don't have terrible demand like other UR fruits.

I agree with this opinion. I used to own the UR Pinapple and I got trades offering UR Cucumbers for it. Pickle has definitely the worst demand from all UR Fruit/Veggies

Seems pretty fair to me. The items they want are free so a common would be ok for them i'd say.
