1 and 2 are really unfair to you.
3 is overpaying by an purple toxic + red rose
4 is technically fair, but zebras have really low demand and hardly go for more than 2 nons, which'd make it quite unfair
5 is really unfair
6 is fair, both sides are worth 4 nons
7 is slight overpay
8 is unfair to you, plus it'd be rather hard to get listpets for C$
9 pretty much the same as 7

i personally would go for number 3, as they are offering the most overpay even with demand

Would i maybe be able to trade up/down for a celestial pps dog with anything in trade 3? That's my ultimate goal ^3^

Well, the trade is very unfair to them as is. Their Very Rare PPS is a main list! (worth a lot)
And I have seen the shima long-tail get the amount you are offering on its own... But demand value depends on you and your partner.
So to make it fair you would need to add a main list
