The blood tuft has good demand thanks to hoarders limiting it's supply/availability and most of the pets/items on their side also have decent demand
Rarity wise they are overpaying since just the blood tuft and an '09 rare would be fair for the hollyfox, demand issues are between you guys

List buns have lower demand so I'd stick with the cat personally, either way it's unfair to you since the gap between the cat and bun is only an '09 uncommon

It's hard to say as demand is very opinion based and well, everyone has different views and opinions
Their side adds to about a Scarf PPS in value or 3 mid advents, so it's a decent amount of overpay on their part. I don't feel they should add because of the overall value and decent in demand pets they are offering; but that's just me. The Hollyfox dog has gone for low Sept in the past but I'm not sure where the demand value stands as of now
