These are both unfair to the people offering by date and rarity. Demand wise, they are okay, but still slight overpay.

Unfair to them
The rat costume set is worth a mid 09 rare and your store pet is worth a mid-early 2010 rare.
The original trade looked just fine to me

I would still say you're overpaying. They need to add. I would probably take out everything from your side but the cat and add to theirs.
