These are both unfair to the people offering by date and rarity. Demand wise, they are okay, but still slight overpay.

Their VR rat is a Mainlist pet while you have no list pets on your side at all.

Extremely unfair to them, their rat is a mainlist pet and you don't even have a rare on your side.
They may not know it's a list pet, I recommend that you let them know and cancel so they don't end up regretting it later, but that part is up to you.
