It's worth a mid/late 09 rare, so two would be enough ^^

Tier one pets usually go for 4 2009 rares and its usually another four every tier up till you get to tier 7.
On that basis i would have to say that trade is unfair and would be a fair trade for a tier 3 maybe tier 4 not fair for your popular tier 5.
The mutant may have good demand but it is still a 2009 rare and the store cat is worth a 2009 rare the other sitting cat is worth a 2010

Like they both said, their side has very good demand pets such as the Cheshire cat & the Aussie. I would say it's unfair to them by quite a bit even though yours is a list pet.
Though, I will mention that the Advent list pets aren't worth a lot and I've heard a cream santa hat was worth only I think about three '09 rares. You can do the math from there.

The first one I have no idea...
The second one is also an overpay, but sitting cats do have good demand, but then again, they are overpaying by quite a lot.
The third one is an overpay, the b-wolf is from June 2010 I believe.

I don't see any specific demand for the butterfly wolves apart from them being store pets, which is usual, the over pay of the '10 rare is decent for store pets' demand in my opinion.

Although you can get another opinion.
