Hmm, this is unfair to them both demand and rarity wise. There is an UR peach which I am guessing will be more than the BEG and there are few Balloons which top over the BEG. And the store pets are worth at least a mid 2011 rare.

In all honestity, it should be around fair; Both the BEG and UR Peach tend to go for nons at awkward times, if you're patient enough, they can go for a UR Cookie, maybe higher.

Rarity wise cannot be determined as the peach still goes for many different things. Also the new store pets are worth a late 2010 rare each. But they really don't add much to the actual value of their side
The BEG tends to go for overpay. If you value the BEG at list value and the peach at ceg-purple toxic level, its fair. If you value them more or less, that could change
