Fair demand wise?

By demand wise, I'd say it's fair, in my opinion because the PPS lion is not a list pet, although it has a very high demand and your lists also have high demand.

No, it's unfair to the Winged Blood dog. The PPS lion may have good demand, but these are list pets, the demand barely makes up for the rarity.
