Well for someone's tiger I have offered... A joker, UR Bengal, UR pineapple, Raven, BA and 346 chicken dollars and I was underpaying a lot so.. If assume you would have to add 3-4 or maybe more pets below it on the main list, I'm not too sure get a second opinion (I may be wrong!)

You'd have to add around 5-6 nons worth of list pets to make it fair (taking demand into account).
The UR Pot (because of its low demand) tends to go around sorbet-level I believe; therefore you're not even offering a full nons-worth in your offer.
The Tiger can go from anywhere to 5-10 Nons worth with it's demand. ^^
