the ur grapes are definitely the best choise.
they can easily be swapped for an sorbet if wanted, as their demand is quite good.

i have had experience with the UR phoenix before and,
the demand of it isn't that high since it takes well over a month to grow.
the dog-tag has very high demand, however it might be difficult to find somebody
who wants to trade their dog-tag for your coontail and orange cerb since
people value them differently.

I'd go with this trade. Purple Toxic is a tier lower than the BEG and the Malk PPS has a good demand, so I'm pretty sure it fills the gap between them
