This is unfair to the UR Rat. Even demand-wise the trade is unfair. They included only one List Pet, which is a lot lower than the UR Rat List-wise. Other pets they added don't fill the gap.

I'd go with this trade. Purple Toxic is one tier below the BEG and the Malk PPS has a good demand, so I'm pretty sure it makes the trade fair.

I struggle with some trades too, and use this thread occasionally, so I'm no expert and you may want another opinion.
That being said, while the first dog is an advent list, I don't believe the zodiacs are (someone correct me if I'm wrong!).
Some of the items are pretty recent, and all of the pets they want are store pets I believe? So roughly C$20 each if they were from this month. The older they are the more they're worth.

I wouldn't accept this; it seems extremely unfair to you. But again, you should probably get a second opinion.
